“The truth is, most coaching clients are smart, very smart. Yet they still know the value of accessing someone who can be objective, honest, and constructive about the options they are facing.”

Though there are many features in this dusty world and the world beyond conditions, you see and understand only what your eye of practice can reach.
Dogen, Japanese Zen Master, 1233
In this quote, Dogen reminds us that we are only able to see as far as our own perspective and that maybe…if we are open to a broader point of view…we could have a world of new possibilities.
This way of considering each situation offers tremendous personal growth. Being open to consider a new perspective requires our courage and commitment to grow, learn and change. I work with leaders and teams to help them see new possibilities for their success and to contribute to building organizational capability.
"Tracy Ann ... I reach out to share something with you.
Recently I was mentoring another woman and I thought of something you said to me that I took to heart - and I found myself giving my mentee the same advice you gave me. Here is what I remember the situation to be:
At one point in my previous organization, leadership suggested you as my executive coach and we met once to explore taking the engagement forward. At the time I was working 60-80 hours/week and decided that I could not make the time for executive coaching. You told me it was ridiculous that I could not find the time needed for myself and my career development. Shortly after we met, I decided to leave the company (not because of our exchange!!!). I am now with an organization in the same industry, I am passionate about what I do, my work hours vary depending on projects, and I have a balanced life. I am happy and thriving.
I want you to know that sometimes people make an impact on you when you barely even know them - and you did this for me. Thank you.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to attend many “self-discovery/self-promotion” workshops. YOU Inc. is by far the most powerful learning experience I have ever participated in. Thank you for delivering a simple yet so important message. If I was 30 years old, I would go out and set the world on fire!!!!
Tracy Ann began working with me as my leadership coach to help me transform and lead my organisation. She took the time to understand what my organisation needs most from me as a leader and what motivates me as a leader. From there we created a plan to leverage my strengths, mitigate my weaknesses, and to make choices that support the vision I have of my leadership. Tracy Ann has been a tremendous source of support and an objective and discreet sounding board.
Bringing on Tracy Ann as a coach was the best decision I made in 2016.
Given her effectiveness as my coach, Tracy Ann extended her work with my organisation and has started working with my entire leadership team to be more collaborative, strategic and effectively toggle back and forth between the 30,000 and 5,000 view. In just a single two-day workshop - because of her ability to appreciate and respect the cultural nuances of an Indian team and her understanding of the dynamics of the industry in which we operate - she successfully created powerful moments of enlightenment within the team.
Her expertise in the Executive Mobility, Organizational Dynamics, and Talent Management enabled her to provide the right resources, tools and facilitate the discussions needed to better lead our organisation, and most importantly help us understand how to drive the business forward strategically. There's been a skip in our step after our leadership workshop and we're all excited to continue to work with Tracy Ann.
“Tracy Ann's executive coaching approach and style is very effective. Her strong experience in working across geographical and functional boarders increases her value to leaders and organizations. She balances her intuition and natural inquiry with a strong business sense, Tracy Ann has coached me and many within my team over the past few years. I've found sessions with her to be useful and insightful. I appreciate the time we worked together. She's delightful and honest.”
“When directing a major change effort across the Asia Pacific region I partnered with Tracy Ann to provide both global business consulting support and “on the ground” change management support. Tracy Ann worked closely with my HR executives regionally to ensure relevant change plans were in place and supported them in on-going strategy execution. Without much preparation or time, she was able to design creative interventions, which addressed systemic business issues and helped my leaders through the transformation process. For example, she designed and facilitated a series of cross-cultural workshops to help develop skill-sets in working across geographies. She also designed and facilitated strategy sessions with our country GMs, which addressed the business, case for change within a geographic context. She actively coached members of the executive team to take on larger more complex roles, and guided key leaders through role transition challenges.Tracy Ann helped me develop the organizational and talent capabilities required for organizational success.”
“Community Business has a long-standing partnership with Tracy Ann, engaging her as an external consultant to provide strategic advice, facilitate meetings and drive forward our diversity and inclusion work with leading companies across Asia. With her strong background in organizational development, her passion for creating inclusive environments and her first-hand experience of living and working across Asia, she offers a unique contribution. Tracy Ann enables us to expand our business impact and to be creative in addressing D&I challenges in the region and with our members. Tracy Ann has a rare ability to grasp issues, creatively engage groups and facilitate dialogue within a cross-cultural setting in a way that is both provocative and sensitive. We thoroughly enjoy partnering with Tracy Ann and proudly endorse her work.”
“You can count on Tracy Ann to bring a fresh, creative perspective to change management challenges – scoping projects that are initially not well defined and operating with impact under ambiguous and uncertain conditions. Tracy Ann facilitates alignment across diverse (and sometimes demanding) stakeholder communities by relating to a wide spectrum of people and building relationships quickly. As a change management consultant, Tracy Ann easily builds trust and follows through on all commitments. She is easy to work with given her extensive international background – she ensures a global, interconnected perspective and is sensitive to cultural / style diversity. Tracy Ann ensures high impact in the work that she delivers and I consider her a partner in driving organizational change.”
“Tracy Ann’s executive coaching approach brings out a leader’s full potential and enables executive-level women to be more self-aware and purposeful as they prepare for and begin Board service. We are thrilled to have Tracy Ann as one of our top coaches for the Watermark Institute Board Access Program.”
“We’ve had the true pleasure of partnering with Tracy Ann on several key presentations to diversity professionals globally. Tracy Ann is an expert facilitator, paying very close attention to the goals of the session and has a keen ability to anticipate the needs of the audience. As a moderator, Tracy Ann engages the audience and drives the key points home with intelligence, wit and humor As the field of diversity and inclusion continues to expand we are excited about continuing our relationship with Tracy Ann.”
“Tracy Ann custom designed a twelve-month leadership development program to support building local capabilities and the next generation of Hong Kong-based talent. She was the architect of the program design and ensured the overall framework was fluid enough to address “in the moment” business and leadership challenges. All of the material for the program was professionally produced and well designed. Tracy Ann provided an experiential, creative and pragmatic approach and was a partner in the program’s success. Her “can do” attitude, humor and flexibility make her fun to work with. Her support made my job easier and through this program we experienced an increase in trust, collaboration and overall business alignment.”
“Tracy Ann is an excellent facilitator and strong leader. She has been willing to take on very difficult roles across multicultural environments, and delivered excellent results. I consider her an excellent leader colleague & friend.”
“We partnered with Tracy Ann to support our teams through a large-scale organizational change across Asia Pacific. She led the end-to-end change management work – supporting us in strategy formation, assessing organizational readiness, developing plans for global and regional implementation and providing on-going adoption support. Tracy Ann was very valuable as a thought partner at a strategic level and also as a partner willing to roll up her sleeves … delivering workshops, coaching employees, conducting focus groups, and continuing to drive the transformation. Tracy Ann brings not only expertise in organizational development but strong cross cultural agility making her an excellent global partner.”
“I am very grateful to Tracy Ann for her insightful support and guidance through our coaching relationship. I have gained immensely from her wisdom, inquiry and experience. Tracy Ann fostered an environment, which gave me increased confidence to go out and pursue opportunities that I normally would have been hesitant to pursue otherwise. I recommend Tracy Ann as an executive coach.”
“Tracy Ann is a trusted knowledge partner with expertise in the areas of diversity and inclusion (D&I), change management and facilitation. We have worked with Tracy on several occasions to position our organization as a thought leader in the D&I space across the Indian marketplace. She has proved to be extremely adaptable, quick to understand our culture, and able to offer creative, customized solutions to help address our organizational challenges. We have partnered with her to design creative and provocative public-forum dialogues which address sensitive/controversial D&I topic areas and help change mindsets. Her facilitation demonstrates depth of knowledge, conviction, respect, a deep understanding of local culture and cross-cultural sensitivity. In addition, Tracy Ann’s visible coaching and guidance as part of DIAN India, supports and enables D&I practitioners from different organizations to develop greater self-awareness, further their subject matter expertise and better position their leadership influence to drive change within their organizations. Tracy is humble, client-focused, always willing to learn, and has built a long-term relationship with me and my organization.”
