When directing a major change effort across the Asia Pacific region I partnered with Tracy Ann to provide both global business consulting support and “on the ground” change management support. Tracy Ann worked closely with my HR executives across Asia Pacific to ensure regionally relevant change management plans were in place and then supported them in on-going strategy execution. Without much preparation or time, she was able to design creative interventions which addressed systemic business issues and helped my leaders through the transformation process. For example, she designed and facilitated a series of cross-cultural workshops to help develop skill-sets in working across geographies. She also designed and facilitated strategy sessions with our country GMs which addressed the business case for change within a geographic context. She actively coached members of the executive team to take on larger more complex roles and guide key leaders through role transition challenges.
